More information is needed. You can't calculate the area of an irregular polygon with side lengths only.
We need one of the following:
1) The distances in order (clockwise or counterclockwise) and at least 1 angle and where that angle is.
2) Distance and bearing (angular direction) of each line, in order. Distance and bearings of each line should be shown on the plat. An example: 174.54', N 12ยบ23'05" E.
3) A diagonal measurement between opposite corners.
Your distances are in 100ths of a foot, which means you probably have a survey plat. A quick call to the surveyor shown on the plat could give you a faster answer.
