I have a lot that is now 1.38 acre and it measures side A 155.18 B side 327.53 C side 201.06 and C side. I WONT TO CUT THIS LOT DOWN TO 1 ACRE. I WONT TO SHORTEN SIDE B AND C TO DO THIS. CAN YOU GIVE ME FIGURES IN FOOTAGE TO DO THIS ?

Sorry to quibble with an expert but I didn't see feet anywhere in the question. If he'd given metres instead, would the lot approximate 1.38 acres?

As you note, "feet" isn't stated in the original post. As acres are usually calculated using square feet, I may have wrongly assumed that "feet" was the unit of length in question, although I did state that more information was needed.

If the unit of length is meters, the area calculates to 2.81 acres. If 1.38 acres is correct, evidently it isn't meters either.

Surveying is one aspect of my job so it's not a field I know nothing about. As to the title "expert" here on Convert-Me, that comes from answering "x" number of questions, 200 I believe.
