Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. Month after month we saw less posts with questions and answers from real people and more spam posts. We were spending more and more resources cleaning the spam until there were less them 1 legitimate message per 100 spam posts. Then we decided it's time to stop.

How do I find out the price per acre?

IF the parcel is a rectangle, you have 10,000 square feet (80*125). There are 43,560 square feet in an acre, so divide 10,000 by 43,560, which equals 0.2296 acres more or less.
You're selling this 0.2296 acre parcel for $108,900. To get the price per acre, divide the selling price by the acreage in the sale.
$108,900 / 0.2296 acres = $474,368.40 per acre.
