Dear convert-me.com forum visitors,
Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. Month after month we saw less posts with questions and answers from real people and more spam posts. We were spending more and more resources cleaning the spam until there were less them 1 legitimate message per 100 spam posts. Then we decided it's time to stop.
All the posts in the forum will be available and searchable. We understand there are a lot of useful information and we aren't going to remove anything. As for the new questions, you can always ask them on

Is the upper left corner a right angle for both figures? I'll assume it is for the following, but be sure to correct me if it isn't a right angle. I'll also assume dimensions are in feet.
For the one with the 567.54' left side:
214 159.4537 ft², 4.916 acres
For the one with the 714.52' (I went with this instead of the 714.53' you also mentioned) left side, assuming again a right angle for the upper left corner and all other dimensions being the same:
238 140.5874 ft², 5.467 acres
