A drop is not a well-defined volume. It depends on both the liquid and the dropper, and can be anywhere from about 30 µL - 100 µL. I'll use 50 µL as a representative drop.
1 fluid ounce is about 30 mL so your amounts are 4.5 mL and 10.5 mL.
4.5 mL/ 50µL/drop = 90 drop, the larger amount is about 210 drops. Note these are approximate and can vary CONSIDERABLY with drop size.
