running feet in to circumference

how to arrive at with a running feet of say 15 feet rod i bend it for form a round circle - then what will be the circumference or the distance between the center point to the outer circle?

The deformation of the rod may cause a TINY change in length, but circumference should be VERY nearly 15 feet.

For diameter, divide by pi, for radius, divide diameter by 2.

Roughly d = 4.77 ft, r = 2.39 ft
